Quality Assurance


Quality Assurance is the cornerstone of Ace Packaging Limited’s operations and provides continuous support in maintaining high quality standards.

Ace Packaging Limited holds a valid Drug Establishment License issued by Health Canada. Our company is regularly inspected by Health Canada’s Health Products and Food Branch Inspectorate (HPFBI) and is also audited regularly by our customers.

Our Quality Assurance Department is responsible for ensuring that:

  • All required functions are performed in accordance with customer and company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Our facilities comply with pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and Precursor A requirements.
  • Continuous process improvement within the organization is paramount.

Ace Packaging Limited:

  • Follows written Standard Operating Procedures and operates a training program in accordance with GMP.
  • Performs in-process line checks on every order packaged, unless otherwise specified.
  • Documents and reconciles products and components used on each order.
  • Meticulously maintains packaging records, and retains documentation for each lot and/or order completed.
  • Provides status updates on timing of all orders for all customers, according to customer requirements.
  • Uses a warehouse locator system to track items from the date of receipt to the shipment of finished goods.
  • Records temperature and relative humidity ranges in the warehouse and keeps these on file for customer perusal.
